  • Home Access: Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their property for the performance of services.
  • Safety and Hazards: Clients must disclose any potential hazards or safety concerns in the home, including pets, allergens, or hazardous materials.

4. Payment Terms

  • Rates and Fees: Service rates will be communicated at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for special requests or extra services.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process.
  • Late Payments: A late payment fee may be applied to any overdue invoices. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be provided at our discretion, based on the circumstances of the cancellation or dissatisfaction with the service.

6. Liability and Limitation of Damages

  • Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address any issues.
  • Damage and Loss: We take great care in providing our services, but we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs unless it is due to our negligence. Clients are advised to secure or remove valuables and fragile items.
  • Liability Limitations: Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or breach of these Terms of Service.
